About Head to Toe Women's Expo
“You can’t pour from an empty cup.” As a
woman, we sometimes feel it is our
responsibility to put everyone and
everything before ourselves. However, we
must nurture and care for ourselves to
maintain our physical and emotional health
so that we will be able to give completely to
our families, churches, professions, friends
and neighbors.
